(1) When a business operator handling personal information is requested by a person to disclose such retained personal data as may lead to the identification of the person (such disclosure includes notifying the person that the business operator has no such retained personal data as may lead to the identification of the person concerned. The same shall apply hereinafter.), the business operator shall disclose the retained personal data without delay by a method prescribed by a Cabinet Order.
