( 2 ) Where a business operator handling personal information is requested by a person to discontinue providing to a third party such retained personal data as may lead to the identification of the person on the ground that the retained personal data is being provided to a third party in violation of paragraph ( 1 ) of Article 23 , and where it is found that the request has a reason , the business operator shall discontinue providing the retained personal data to a third party without delay .
