(2) When the provision of the preceding paragraph applies to an association or foundation which is not a juridical person, its representative or manager shall represent the associaion or foundation which is not a juridical person in its procedural action, and the provisions of the acts concerning criminal suits in which a juridical person is the accused or suspect shall be apply<ast>ied<ast> mutatis mutandis.
